This  house is  located near the center of a welcoming and friendly village, just 25km away from the  town of Kardjali.
This is two-storey house spread over a living area of 80sq.m and a penthouse with a garden of 500sq.m. The house is in old Bulgarian style.
Ground floor: There are 3 rooms, with stone walls and wooden window frames. On the first floor there are 3 rooms, with wooden flooring and windows.
Electricity, running water, telephone line and a septic tank are supplied. There are 250 people in the village. There is a mayor’s office, regular bus transport, shop, post office, train station and pubs. The historical Perperikon site and the river Perperek is 12km away from the village. There is enough water near the house to make a swimming pool.
