This old one-storey stone house is situated 70km away from  town of Kardjli. This old house requires total renovation and overall repair. The house consists of 4 rooms, stone walls, wooden flooring, and wooden window frames. The living area of the building is approximately 50 sq.m. Once renovated the house can be reconnected to electricity. Currently there is an outside tap for water, a new septic tank needs to be built. Bathroom/wc need to be installed inside the house.
