The estate we offer you is a solid, brick build house comprising 60 sq. m. of living space. An external staircase leads to the second floor, where  three rooms and a small entrance hall are disposed . The premise on the first floor used to be  a  restaurant. We kindly recommend you the service of our professional team of workers for the building of the toilet and the bathroom and for all necessary renovations of the house. The yard is 600 sq. m. It hasn't been  cultivated recently because there is nobody living in the mansion. There is a garage next to the house and an outside premises, which were used for the cattle and for storing farm implements by the former owner. An asphalt road leads to the house which makes it easily approachable all year round. The village of  Karavelovo is located in one of the most famous regions among UK families in Bulgaria – only 20 km from the town of  Elhovo. There is a large number of UK citizens who have already bought houses here. This area grabs you with its lovely, unspoilt nature, friendly people and strategic location – very close to the Bulgarian-Turkish Check point. So if you want to escape from the calm living in the countryside you can visit some Turkish sea resort. The village is very well developed, it provides a medical service, a post office, a regular transport, a mobile service, shops.
