The accommodation is located in a  quiet neighbourhood , not far away from the centre of the village. It comprises 50 sq.m. There are two airy rooms and  a  glazed corridor  on the  first floor. On the second floor is disposed one spacious room which you can make your bedroom and from both sides of that room there are situated two smaller rooms with sloped  ceilings which can be turned into children's bedrooms for example. There is running water connected to a sewerage and electricity available in the house. The toilet is outside the mansion connected to a  septic tank. Next to the house are attached two outbuildings. One of them was used  as a  workshop by the former owner and the other can be used as a bathroom. The plot is disposed on 700 sq. m. Here you are free to do whatever you decide – to grow vegetations, maintain a  lawn, have a barbecue or a swimming pool. The house is accessible through a gravel road. The village of Izgrev is very close to the town of Elhovo(one of the most sought after regions in Bulgaria by UK families) and only 40 km from the Bulgarian-Turkish border. So if you want, you can visit some Turkish sea or mountain resort. It  provides main services such as a medical service, a post office, a mobile service, shops, cafes, regular transport to the town of Elhovo.
