We offer you this rural house, which is situated at the end of a small village 20 km away from the town of Kardjali. This is two-storey  house, made of stone and provides 70 sq. m of living area. A septic tank is also provided. The condition of the house is not very good, but after a solid repair work it can be transformed into a cozy and comfortable property. The house is very close to the main road.
The village, where the property is situated is a small one and offers local shops, cafes and regular bus transport. The area is suitable for rural tourism, mountaineering, hunting and fishing.
