The estate we offer you is peacefully located at the end of the village, offering quiet atmosphere for living. It is built on two floors comprising 75 sq. m. of living space. The first floor consists of two rooms connected with a corridor and  three rooms are situated upstairs. There are water pipes and electricity connection installed inside the mansion. The toilet is outside and  a bathroom isn't available but it wouldn't be a problem for our professional team of workers to transform the inner premises and build new one inside the house. The yard – 1500 sq. m. wide, hasn't been cultivated recently so the new owner of the property would have the chance to make it according to his demands. An outside buildings, where the former owners used to keep animals and store some belongings, are located next to the house. The estate is approachable through a gravel road. The village of Melnitsa is of well developed structure, offering a medical, a post and a mobile service, a cable TV, shops and cafes. It is conveniently located close to the town of Elhovo – one of the most sought after areas in Bulgaria by UK citizens, providing a lot of public amenities (schools, supermarkets, shops, restaurants and pubs). You would also have the opportunity to visit our South 'neighbor' – Turkey, where you can enjoy luxurious resorts and attractive sights. The village itself offers hunting and hiking as leisure activities because of the surrounding woody hills.
