A  two-storey, brick built house located at the centre of the village. The living space is 100 sq. m. divided  into three rooms and a corridor on the first floor and three rooms on the second floor. There is a big, glazed veranda at the front part of the house and a basement. Next to the mansion are built outbuildings, which were used for the cattle and for storing implements by the former owner. There is a  neat garden in front of the house extending to 500 sq. m. There is running water and electricity available in the house and a telephone line can be easily installed. The toilet is outside the house but it will not be a problem a new one to be built inside because there is a sewerage available. There is an asphalt road near the mansion. A small river passes just next to the  house. You can spend unforgetable moments sitting in the trim garden and listening to the babbling of the river. This area offers a lot of opportunities for hunting and fishing as leisure activities. The village of Golqmo Sharkovo is very well developed – there is a medical service, a post office,  shops, cafes.
