The residence is situated at the centre of the village, just next to the main asphalt road leading to the town of Elhovo which is 15 km away. The living area is 120 sq. m. separated into two floors. There are three rooms and a corridor on each floor. The accommodation is in perfect condition for living. Water, electricity and own telephone line are available. The garden (2000 sq. m.) is wide and quite attractive – with trellis vines and a lot of greenery. There are farm outbuildings outside the house. The village of Slamino is well developed, there is a medical and a mobile service, a post office, a regular transport, shops and cafes. If there is anything you can not find in the village you will surely find it in the towns of Elhovo or Yambol, which provide a lot of public amenities, such as schools and nursery schools, supermarkets, restaurants and pubs. This area offers fishing as a leisure activity because a small river passes through the village and an artificial lake is situated close to the village or you can just walk about the picturesque countryside.
