The accommodation is situated  at the central part of the village on an elevated position, revealing marvelous views towards the whole village and the picturesque landscape. It is disposed on 70 sq. m. of living area divided into two floors. There are two rooms and a corridor on the first floor. An external cement stairs lead to the second floor, which consists of  three rooms connected with a corridor. Next to the house is attached an outside premise where two rooms and a bathroom are situated. The residence is in very good condition and would need just cleaning and refreshment before the new owners can move in. The plot is disposed on 1500 sq. m. It hasn't been cultivated currently because the house is uninhabited. Externally, there is a solid premise, which was used for keeping animals and for storing some belongings by the former owner. The residence is approachable through an asphalt road. A medical and mobile service, a post office, a cable TV, a regular transport to the town of  Elhovo (four times a day), cafes and shops are available in the village of  Malak Manastir. The town of Burgas (where the International airport is located) is about an hour driving distance. You can go fishing because Tundja river passes near the village, or hunting in the slanting woody hills surrounding the village, or if you are just a nature lover, the beautiful landscape is perfect for walks and  family picnics.
