SOLD This house is located in the skirts of the most beautiful Bulgarian mountain – the Rodopa Mountain.The village in which the house is situated is 22km away from a small but well-developed town and 44km away from the cultural capital of Bulgaria- the town of Plovdiv. The property includes a 1-storeyed house which is spread over the living area of 55sq.m, a big garden spread over the area of 1000 sq. m. and an outbuilding. Ground floor: A corridor is leading to three rooms. The garden itself is quite spacious and gives a lot of opportunities to make of it a wonderful place for recreation. The house is not in a very good condition and needs certain repairs like: rendering and plastering of one of the walls from outside, refreshment of the rooms, modernization of the kitchen.
