The accommodation is situated at the very centre of the village. The shared area of the building is 400 sq. m. The restaurant , together with the storage-accommodation and two big kitchen accommodations comprises 200 sq. m. Running water and electricity connection are installed in the restaurant. There is also an inner toilet available. There is a big wooden built shelter at the front of the restaurant where the clients can rest during the hot summer days. Furthermore, the furniture (chairs and tables) is included in the price. The shop, including three spacious storage-accommodations, is disposed on 200 sq. m. Both – the restaurant and the shop, are  opened at the moment and are well maintained. They are in a state of good preservation and need just a slight refreshment and cleaning before they become suitable for  operating. The village of Stefan Karadjovo is of well developed structure, it provides a medical service, a post office, a  mobile service, a cable TV, a regular transport to the towns of Elhovo, Yambol and Burgas. This area is one of the most sought after  areas by UK families in Bulgaria because of  its astonishing pure nature – mineral springs, slanting wooded hills and vast pastures  and  good-natured people.
