The accommodation is built on one floor. It offers 80 sq. m. of living space and  a yard 1000 sq. m. wide. The interior of the house consists of three spacious rooms and an entrance hall. The house is occupied at the moment that is why it is suitable for living. It would need just plastering and cleaning. The toilet, as in most of the Bulgarian houses, is external and a bathroom isn't available. We kindly recommend you to use the service of our highly qualified builders, who would do everything according to your demands. The yard benefits from a well for irrigating the land, there are fruit trees but as a whole it hasn't been cultivated currently. The village provides all necessary amenities – a medical and a mobile service, a cable TV, a post office, shops and cafes.
