The cheap Bulgarian rural house we present here is located in a village 35 km. away from Stara Zagora(sixth largest city in Bulgaria located in the central part of the country), not far away from the towns of Svilengrad and Simeonovgrad.

The house is positioned at the central part of the garden. It provides living area of 120 sq.m. There are two rooms on the ground floor and two rooms and small terrace on the second one. The house needs refreshment and particular renovation-the windows should be changes; the roof also need some repair work; some cracks on the plastering should be mended.

The garden is 1700 sq.m. of land.

The estate is not supplied with electricity, water and septic tank. The connection to an electric main is easy to be done. For water you could use a private well.

An asphalt road leads to the property.

The village has a grocery, supplied bus transport to the town. The village stands on a plain with lovely outlook. A magnificent river passes in the region.
