This old two-storey house needs a total repair work and renovation but it is in a nice village with a beautiful view and very friendly villagers. The estate is located 65km away from the town of Kardjali. The building spreads over 60sq.m of living area. The ground floor comprises of 2 rooms with concrete flooring, stone walls, wooden window frames, bathroom and a hall. An external staircase leads to the upper floor, which is based on wooden flooring and is situated by the same way. The house is supplied with electricity, running water and main drains. An inner toilet is required to be built. There is an additional building of 20sq.m but it is in a very bad condition and it’s better to raze it to the ground.
