The house is one-storey very solid, located in a very peaceful village. It is surrounded by magnificent nature with many lakes and forests. The house has stone foundations so it is quite massive. Although it is deserted the building is in very good condition and is very well conserved. It needs just a slight refreshment.  The house offers three spacious rooms spread over 75 sq m. There are also electricity and running water available. In front of the house there is a beautiful veranda where you can relax . In the garden there is another building used for a "summer kitchen".
